The care you deserve

I offer relational, trauma-informed psychotherapy that honors your lived experience and helps you make sense of your inner world.

Together, we create space for insight, healing, and meaningful change.

Welcoming you on this journey

You've taken the first step in finding a therapist that feels like the right fit. My therapeutic approach is rooted in relational work that seeks to challenge power dynamics and centers your lived experience. Together, we will co-create a space that prioritizes your needs and helps you gain clarity and insight into how your experiences shape your understanding of the world. I integrate various therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic, relational, IFS, structural and systemic approaches.

I work from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and sex-positive framework, welcoming a variety of relationship structures and experiences. With a foundation in clinical social work and family therapy, my approach is informed by a perspective that considers the broader contexts of your environment. If you would like to explore working together, please reach out for a free consultation.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker in New York, with a Master’s in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at CUNY. I went on to complete postgraduate training in couple and family therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. I learned to integrate systemic thinking into my work, understanding people in dynamic relationship to their world.

Earlier in my career, I worked in community clinics supporting LGBTQ+ clients, including the Institute for Human Identity and the Gender and Family Project. That work continues to guide how I show up for clients seeking an affirming, collaborative therapeutic relationship.

Today, I work with individuals in my independent practice, particularly those who are committed to a deeper knowledge of themselves. I believe good therapy should be within reach, so I offer sustainable sliding scale rates.
